All SoraSkin products come with a 30-day replacement or refund warranty starting from the date of delivery.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • Your order is defective
  • There are missing parts or accessories
  • The product received is significantly different from the description

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received
  • Any damage caused during return shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility

Reporting an Issue

Return Process

  2. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the return address

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed
