30-Day Replacement & Refund Guarantee
All SoraSkin products come with a 30-day replacement or refund warranty starting from the date of delivery.
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- Your order is defective
- There are missing parts or accessories
- The product received is significantly different from the description
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were received
- Any damage caused during return shipping will be the buyer’s responsibility

Return Process
- Email our support team with your order number and reason for return
- Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the return address
- Ship the product using a trackable shipping method
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed
- Please allow time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund
Non-Refundable Situations
